My First Podcast!

This podcast was created to share with my beginning Spanish students.  It has a few important learning tips.  Please check out Audionautix for great music.  Thank you Jason Shaw!

  1. I think the music is too low in the beginning and too loud at the end. What do you think?

  2. Kim,
Great post! I really enjoyed listening to your podcast. I have several Spanish only speaking students in my class and they really have a hard time with word order when speaking in their limited English. I know very little Spanish, even though I took two years in high school. I learned how to conjugate verbs with the best of them, but I have no conversational skills. I have picked up a few tricks from my bilingual students and they are always eager to teach me new phrases!

  3. Kim, I've never learned Spanish; I took French instead. But my first language is Indonesian and from what I heard, your video and my husband who was fluent, I think I'd be able to put Spanish words together decently because it seems like the word order is similar to Indonesian. Indonesians say house big also. We roll our Rs too - don't know if that'll make a big difference :) Great podcast!!
